Our Executive Staff:
John P. Frank
- Chief Executive Officer - KeyTech, LLC
John Frank is Chief Executive Officer and Partner of KeyTech,
LLC, in Hartford, Connecticut. His experience spans twenty-one years in the
staffing industry. His expertise includes direct hire (retained and contingency)
as well as contract and contract-to-hire. His client relationships include
businesses in the Northeastern United States and nationwide. His industry
knowledge is well-known and respected throughout the personnel consulting
community.
Prior to forming KeyTech in March of 2001, John was owner and
President of RJS Contract Staffing Inc., for six years. As KeyTech's Director of
Recruitment, he manages a team of recruiters in the information systems,
information technology, engineering/manufacturing, accounting and finance, and
human resources disciplines.
Mr. Frank is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and past
president of the Connecticut Personnel Services Association (CAPS). Mr. Frank
has been a featured speaker and trainer at national and regional conventions in
the United States and Canada.
Ronald V. Divinere -
President - KeyTech, LLC
Ron Divinere is President and part owner of KeyTech. He is
responsible for Sales and Marketing of its information technology staffing and
consulting business. He has twenty-six years of experience in the field. Prior
to KeyTech, he was president and founder of InfoTec, LLC, an information
technology placement firm, for two years. InfoTec merged with KeyTech on April
1, 2001.
Previously, Ron was one of the principals of Integrated Systems
Resources (ISR), an information technology consulting and solutions firm. ISR
provided staff augmentation and solutions to Fortune 500 companies throughout
Connecticut. ISR had solution partnerships with Wang, MicroSoft and Mercury
Interactive. ISR started business in 1993 and was later sold to RCG Information
Technology in May of 1997. Ron assisted in the transition of the business for
two years and then left in March of 1999.
Ron has also worked for Cincom as National Director of
Professional Services, for Howard Systems as Hartford Branch Manager and
National Director of Technology, and spent over eight years with Cullinet
Software in several positions involving professional services and sales support.
He also worked for two and a half years for Otis Elevator as a Database
Administrator.
Ron holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Computer Science
from Central Connecticut State University and an M.B.A. from Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute.
Steven
A. Massucci - Chief Technology Officer - KeyTech, LLC
Steve Massucci is Chief Technology Officer and part owner of
KeyTech. He is responsible for interfacing with client management to ensure
unsurpassed quality of our delivery services. All information systems
consultants on assignment for KeyTech report directly to Steve.
He is also responsible for the internal KeyTech technical
infrastructure including hardware, software and voice/data communications. Steve
has over seventeen years experience in information technology within various
industries including retail, aerospace/manufacturing and outsourcing. He has
managed a line of business applications delivery groups responsible for
developing and implementing mainframe, client/server and n-tier systems
including EDI, engineering change management, bill of material, workflow,
product distribution and manufacturing scheduling.
The last five years of Steve's career have been dedicated to
outsourcing and staffing and technology consulting. In 1999, along with his
brother, Dan, Steve formed IT Partners to provide staffing and solutions
services to large-scale Connecticut and Western Massachusetts - based clients,
primarily in the financial services, insurance and banking industries. The firm
had established key relationships with firms such as Mass Mutual, Royal Sun
Alliance, CIGNA and Citigroup along with an official alliance agreement with the
Hartford Technology Services Company prior to merging with RJS Contract Staffing
to form KeyTech, LLC in April of 2001.
Steve has over 17 years Information Technology experience in
varying industries including Retail, Aerospace/Manufacturing and Outsourcing. He
has managed a line of business application delivery groups responsible for
developing and implementing mainframe, client-server, and n-tier systems
including EDI, engineering change management, bill of material, workflow,
product distribution, and manufacturing scheduling.
Steve holds a B.A. in Management Information Systems and an
M.B.A. from Western New England College.
Daniel
Massucci - Chief Financial Officer - KeyTech, LLC
Dan Massucci is Chief Financial Officer and part owner of
KeyTech. He is responsible for strategic business development, traditional
business financial services and client relationship development.
Dan has been a certified public accountant since 1987 and is
co-owner of Massucci & Associates, an accounting and financial services
firm. He has worked as the Chief Financial Officer of a $30M technology products
and services company from 1991 until its sale in 1998. With his business
partners, Dan was also responsible for the development of IT Partners. When that
firm merged to become part of KeyTech, Dan became principal and CFO in the
KeyTech venture.
Dan holds a B.A. degree in Accounting from the University of
Connecticut.
Sandra J.
Hathaway-Frank - Vice President - KeyTech, LLC
Sandy Hathaway is Vice President and part owner of KeyTech. She
began her career in the recruiting industry directly upon graduation from
Skidmore College where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology.
With over twenty years in the industry, Sandy has served as
recruiter, salesperson, branch manager and currently as Vice President and
partner. She has experience in all facets of the staffing world, concentrating
her current efforts in the fields of engineering technology and software
development. She was the first in her company to attain the designation of C.T.S.,
one of the few certifications recognized in the industry, and now acts as
trainer to others.
Sandy continues to successfully "work a desk," filling
direct hire, contract and contract-to-hire technical positions. She is
continuously acknowledged for her expertise in client development and for being
a top producer for her technology clients. |
